1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Anoop Institute ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Course & Test Series Access

Access to purchased courses and test series is granted for the validity period stated on the respective product page. Access is personal and non-transferable; sharing login credentials is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

3. Content Usage

All video lectures, PDF notes, and test content are protected by copyright. Downloading, recording, redistributing, or reselling any content is strictly prohibited.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Test Series & Evaluation

Subjective test evaluation is performed by our faculty within a reasonable timeframe. While we strive for accuracy, evaluation is subjective in nature and final marks are at the discretion of the evaluating faculty.

6. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee specific exam results. Our courses and test series are designed to aid preparation but success depends on individual effort and circumstances.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
