You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 7 days of purchase and have accessed less than 20% of the course content. Test series refunds are eligible if no tests have been attempted.
To request a refund, email us at anoopinstitute@gmail.com with your order ID, registered email, and reason for refund. You can also call us at +91 9565240699 during business hours.
Refunds will not be processed if: more than 7 days have passed since purchase; more than 20% of course content has been accessed; you have downloaded any study materials; the course has already expired.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. PhonePe/UPI refunds may take additional time as per bank processing norms.
If you experience technical issues preventing access to purchased content, we will first attempt to resolve the issue. If unresolved within 72 hours, a full refund will be issued automatically.
