Refund Policy

1. Digital Products (Courses, Test Series, PDFs)

Since digital content is accessible immediately upon purchase, refunds for courses, test series, and digital books/PDFs are generally not provided once access has been granted, except in cases of duplicate payment or technical error on our part.

2. Physical Books

Physical book orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items received, within 7 days of delivery.

3. Failed/Duplicate Payments

If you were charged but did not receive access, or were charged twice for the same order, contact support with your payment reference for a full refund within 5-7 working days.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@anoopinstitute.com or WhatsApp us with your order number and reason for the refund request. We aim to resolve all requests within 7 business days.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically reflect within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
