How do I access my course after purchase?

Once your payment is confirmed, the course appears instantly in your "My Courses" dashboard. You can start watching lectures and downloading notes immediately.

How long do I have access to a course or test series?

Each course and test series has a specific validity period (shown on its page, typically 180-365 days) starting from the date of purchase.

How are subjective test answers evaluated?

You upload your written answer sheet as a PDF. Our faculty manually check and annotate it, then upload it back with your score and remarks — visible in your dashboard.

Can I retake a test?

This depends on the test's attempt type. Some tests allow unlimited attempts; others are single-attempt only — this is shown before you start the test.

What if my payment fails but money is deducted?

Failed payments are usually auto-refunded by your bank within 5-7 working days. If it isn't, contact our support with your payment reference.

Do digital PDF notes expire?

Each digital book/PDF has a limited number of downloads (shown on the product page) to prevent piracy, but no time-based expiry once purchased.
